At the heart of our away days is the Biodiversity Net Gain Project, a hands-on initiative focused on habitat restoration and sustainable land management. Guided by experienced ecologists, teams engage in meaningful outdoor activities while learning about efforts to enhance biodiversity and support long-term environmental resilience.

Your day will start at the Hill Lodge, perched on top of the South Downs with breathtaking views over Lewes and the Estate. This will be your base for the day, where you’ll have access to refreshments, catering, and a spacious meeting room equipped with Wi-Fi and a large screen for presentations and discussions.
